Each aircraft type is identified by an ICAO aircraft identifier according to the ICAO Document 8643 which is constantly being updated with newly released aircraft, adjusted for manufacturer name and ownership changes, etc. autorouter includes most aircraft from that list but sometimes an aircraft might be missing or difficult to find because the manufacturer has changed in name (often several times over decades of history). To make things easier, this page contains a current list of all aircraft types recognized by autorouter today so you can search this page in case you don’t find it immediately.
For aircraft that do not have an ICAO identifier, please select “Other” as the manufacturer and then enter the name in the TYP/ field that appears.
Please note that the Eurocontrol system uses the aircraft ICAO identifier to build its internal model of the aircraft’s performance using a mathematical model called BADA.
If you do not find your aircraft or would like to suggest a correction, please raise a support ticket.
